Among the various outsourcing items listed under the category of Trade Support Services, clients are entitled to select their preferred option that suit their business needs. More importantly, the selected Trade Service Plan may be flexibly changed to another plan during the service provision without limitation.

Option 1:

Trade Documentation Service

Only one specific type of pre-agreed Trade Service item may be selected. For example, prepare Shipping document, Import and Export document, and Banking document (full set documents)

Option 2:

Combined Trade Services

Two or more pre-agreed Trade Service items in combination may be selected. For example, handle L/C documents + prepare full set Shipping documents + lodge I/E Trade Declaration

Option 3:

Full scale Trade Service program

One-stop Trade Service solution to manage the entire Order-to-Cash flow which is specifically for small sized business to cope with regular back-end trade related activities e.g. follow up sales orders, shipping arrangement, prepare full set shipping documents, lodge Import & Export declaration, etc.
